About this lesson: Endurance: Article I
Endurance passages train sustained concentration. Most typists' speed collapses after a few minutes not because their fingers tire, but because their focus drifts. Longer drills extend the window of clean, attentive typing.
How to get the most from this drill
- Maintain posture: feet flat, wrists floating, screen at eye level. Fatigue starts in the body.
- When you notice attention drifting, take one deliberate breath and re-anchor — don't push through fog.
- Track your last-minute accuracy versus your first-minute accuracy; closing that gap is the goal.
